Day 7

... Read moreTaking on the 75 Hard Challenge day by day really highlights how important consistency and variety are for staying motivated. On Day 7, starting off with a nutritious breakfast like black coffee, eggs, yogurt with granola and kiwi gave me the energy boost I needed to tackle both physical activities and social engagements. Hosting a one-day flea market booth with a friend added a fun and social dimension to the day. It's a great way to declutter while connecting with the community. Donating unsold items afterward kept the experience meaningful without creating extra waste. For workouts, combining a full hour of incline walking with home workout videos, especially targeting abs for 10 minutes, proved effective for both endurance and core strength. Using the treadmill wisely—like avoiding unnecessary pressure on the display panel—helps prolong equipment life. Reading a captivating book, such as 'A Day of Fallen Night,' provides a mental break and balance against the physical challenge. Getting into new stories can inspire and keep the mind sharp. Supplements like vegan omega and antioxidants support brain, heart, and skin health, which is essential when pushing through a tough fitness and personal growth challenge. Daily hydration and sun protection also play a huge role in feeling and looking good. My experience shows that balancing nutrition, exercise, mental health, and real-life activities creates a sustainable rhythm, making the 75 Hard Challenge not only doable but truly rewarding.

I’ve always watched tiktoks and reels on why one should visit Kyrgyzstan, but I honestly never thought it would be so accessible! This Central Asian treasure has stunning, diverse landscapes that are relatively untouched by mass tourism. We enjoyed its natural beauty without breaking the bank - tru
