How I Revive My Stressed Skin & Bring Back the Glow! ✨

Hey besties!

Life's been stressful lately, and my skin was definitely showing it—breakouts, dry patches, and just overall blahhh. 😓

But I've found some super easy ways to calm my skin (and my mind!). Here's what worked for me 👇

How stress messes with your skin:

- 😥 Breakouts = extra oil → clogged pores

- 🍂 Dryness = weak skin barrier → moisture loss

- 😴 Dullness = poor blood flow → tired, sallow skin

🌟My simple routine to bring back the glow:

🔸 When I break out:

- I STOP touching my face (so hard but so important!)

- I use a salicylic acid cleanser—it helps melt away excess oil without stripping my skin.

🔸 When my skin feels dry or sensitive:

- Hyaluronic acid serum = INSTANT drink of water 💧

- Ceramide moisturizer = strengthens my skin barrier → less redness!

🔸 When my skin looks dull:

- I do a quick facial massage with a jade roller 🧊

- Perfect with moisturizer—it boosts blood flow and depuffs fast!

🌟Plus my secret weapon: Collagen Reptides!

Collagen is the main structural protein in your skin—keeping it plump, firm, and hydrated.
