after a long day of classes and homework, a relaxing routine is a must!!
When I get home from classes I take a shower and change clothes as soon as I get in from class. I like getting all the school germs off and get into clothes that are associated with relaxing instead of working.
I do all my chores and straighten my dorm, then relax for the night.
Relaxing activities I like to do include baking, sewing, reading, journaling, or having a movie night!
I also make sure to hydrate and have a healthy dinner<3
