college diml - how I spent my day off🌸💚
having a day off during the semester is such a treat! sometimes I use my days off to catch up on assignments and chores, but I was pretty caught up so I took a little self care day:)
I started my day with some skincare and relaxing around the house then went out in the afternoon to get a good + healthy lunch, get some exercise, and relax!
Being a college student can be super stressful, and sometimes it’s necessary to enjoy any breaks you get. It was a really great day to just relax and move slowly and also take care of my body and mind.
this is just your reminder that it’s ok to take it slow🩷

Taking a day off in college can be a transformative experience. Many students prioritize self-care during their limited breaks, recognizing the impact of mental well-being on overall success. Engaging in relaxing activities such as skincare routines or leisure reading can be incredibly rejuvenating. Students often lean into healthy diets, with popular choices including vibrant salads, smoothies, and plant-based meals. Incorporating exercise is essential too, whether through yoga, Pilates, or outdoor activities like hiking. Such practices not only refresh the mind but also enhance focus and productivity when returning to studies. Remember, it’s essential to take time for yourself, appreciate nature, and connect with loved ones, which can drastically uplift your spirits during the hectic college life. Embrace slower days, and you may find greater clarity and motivation in your academic journey.

That me!
