Super tasty, filling, high in protein and easy to meal prep! They’re all around 300kcal as well.

I usually shop for ingredients at Trader Joe’s.

As a vegetarian with celiac desease, I know it’s hard to find meal prep ideas! Especially for weight loss. I’ve been actively losing weight since January and began my fitness journey last year. I’m eager to hear any tips from you guys!
