Getting vision correction surgery!!

Sooo… it’s official!! I’m getting EVO ICL surgery. My prescription for my eyes is too bad so I don’t qualify for LASIK, but I *am* a good candidate for ICL surgery. ICL is an implantable lens they insert in your eye. The good thing about it is it can be reversed, but usually the surgeries don’t have many complications. If you’re thinking about eye surgery or have any questions feel free to ask!! 🫶🫶🫶 #eyesurgery #lasik #Lemon8Diary #dayinmylife #surgery #eyeglasses #askme #icl #Contactlens #comewithme

This minimally invasive procedure involves placing a lens behind the iris, which can be removed if necessary. It's essential to follow pre-operative instructions for optimal results. Key tips include using preservative-free lubricating drops, showering before surgery, and applying antibiotic drops as directed. Recovery time is usually quick, but patience is crucial as your eyes heal. In the days following surgery, regular check-ups with your eye doctor are essential to monitor healing and address any concerns.
