Fitting off the winter uglies ❄️

Girl the winter uglies are real!! 😫🌨️I don’t know the psychology behind it but sometimes you just feel ugly in the winter but this doesn’t mean we have to give up on ourselves!

Things I do to feel my best

- take mirror selfies 😜

- get enough sleep ( most women need 7 to 8 hours) i sleep 7 hours every night 😴

- light candles to make my apartment smell good 🕯️

- drink water and other fun hydrating drinks 🥤

- i like to write in my journal 📝

- I enjoy typing new recipes and small baking projects 🍞🧈

- do my makeup 💄

- skin care / taking a long bath 🛁

Try to do things this winter that make you happy, find little moments in your day to be grateful for something. It can really help in this situation! ❄️☃️

Lastly, capturing moments through mirror selfies helps remind me of my beauty and boosts my confidence. These small rituals collectively help me fight off the winter blues and embrace the season with warmth and positivity. Remember, the key is to find what makes you happy and grateful each day, making winter a season of self-love rather than self-doubt.
