... Read moreThe discussion around whether to use an iPhone or a digital camera continues to be a hot topic among photography enthusiasts. iPhones offer convenience and impressive camera capabilities, allowing for quick capturing of moments, especially with features like portrait mode and night mode. They are compact, easy to carry, and come with powerful editing tools right in the gallery. On the other hand, digital cameras provide superior image quality, especially in low light conditions, and often allow for various interchangeable lenses which expand your creative opportunities. For those who delve deeply into photography, the manual settings enable more control over exposure, aperture, and shutter speed. Ultimately, the decision often revolves around personal preferences, usage scenarios, and the desired level of photographic expertise. Whether opting for the portable iPhone or the detailed prowess of a digital camera, both can significantly elevate one’s photography experience.

Well considering that my iPhone shoots in 4k/30fps and 1080p/60fps, and it’s “live” photo functions like instant HDR and can turn into a GIF (cinematic mode is t*ts too!)…. I choose iPhone. Don’t get me wrong! I have a Canon EOS Rebel SL2, and I LOVE it. But for social media my phone is the go to ticket
