Benefits of Fresh Watermelon Juice

There are so many benefits to drinking fresh watermelon juice. Let me give you a few reasons why I drink it.

šŸ‰It contains 90%. So, eating or drinking this will give you a good percentage of your daily water intake. Honestly this is better than water which leads me to my next point…

šŸ‰It contains so much magnesium and potassium which is what we use the gatorades and other electrolyte drinks for. We all need electrolytes, NOT JUST THE ATHLETES. Ladies, we need it for hormone health but I will let you go deeper into that on your own.

But these are the reasons I drink watermelon juice. I just say, it is not my favorite fruit. Sometimes I add lemon juice. Sometimes I make it into another drink by adding seltzer water to it.
