Glowing Skin Tips ✨

I’m not gonna lie, I have a very intense and frankly expensive skincare routine, but I can attest from experience that my routine only takes me so far when I’m not taking care of myself.

These are my daily nonnegotiables that keep my mind sane and my skin glowing:

1. A well balanced diet is arguably the most important factor. When I’m eating too much sugar or fast food, my skin and my waist are the first places to show it 🥴

2. I’ve got my morning supplement routine down to a science now. It’s changed slightly since I took that picture, but so long as I take something for my gut and something to fill nutritional gaps, I can feel and see the difference!

3. Daily hot girl walks have become the best part of my day tbh. I definitely see the difference in my waist 😜 but most importantly in my mental health. If my mental is good, so is my skin and this way I can soak up some vitamin D in the process. But don’t forget to put on spf 👀

A well balanced diet plays a crucial role in maintaining clear, radiant skin by providing essential nutrients and minimizing inflammation caused by excessive sugar and processed foods. Incorporating a variety of whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats can support skin cell regeneration and collagen production. Supplements can also complement your diet, especially when targeting specific skin concerns. For example, gut health supplements help maintain a healthy microbiome, which influences inflammation and skin conditions like acne or dryness. Nutritional supplements containing antioxidants like glutathione help combat oxidative stress, a key factor in premature skin aging. In addition to nutrition, incorporating daily physical activity like “hot girl walks” not only aids in maintaining a healthy waistline but also boosts mental well-being. Walking outdoors provides a natural source of vitamin D, essential for skin repair and protection, but always remember to apply SPF to protect against harmful UV rays. Mental health is closely linked to skin health; stress reduction achieved through exercise and time spent in nature can significantly improve your complexion. By combining these three daily non-negotiables—a balanced diet, a thoughtfully crafted supplement routine, and regular outdoor walks—you can nurture your skin’s natural glow from the inside out. This holistic approach addresses multiple factors that influence skin health, promoting a sustainable, radiant complexion without solely relying on expensive or intensive skincare regimens.
