✨ Morning Ritual for Healing + Grounding 🌿

This season of my life requires softness and structure.

This is what it looks like when I give myself both.

🌸 Hydrate + Pray

I started my morning with strawberry rose water (calming + heart-opening) and a soft prayer:

“Thank you for this body, this breath, and the safety I am creating. I am held, I am protected, I am enough.”

🧘🏽‍♀️ Yoga for the Root Chakra

Today’s flow:

– Tree Pose 🌳

– Child’s Pose 🙏🏽

– Reclined Bound Angle (feet + hips release)

These poses helped me feel planted, safe, and present.

🍵 Tea + Healing Mantras

Sipped on lemon balm + lavender tea.

While sipping, I whispered:

1. I am worthy of healing.

2. My nervous system is safe now.

3. Every breath roots me deeper into peace.
