Lastly, connecting with yourself and others genuinely makes a huge difference. Put your phone away during meals, really listen when someone is talking, and make time for people who uplift you. And don't forget to connect with yourself! Take a moment to check in: How am I feeling? What do I need right now? Sometimes it's a walk, sometimes it's just hugging a pillow. It’s all about being kind to yourself and recognizing that enjoying life isn't about perfection, but about embracing the messy, beautiful journey.
