หลายคนทักมาถามเรื่อง “แผ่นแปะฝ้ากระ” ว่าทำไมแปะแล้วเหมือนช่วงแรกผิวดูสว่างขึ้นนิดหน่อย แต่พอผ่านไปไม่กี่วันกลับ “เข้มกว่าเดิม” หรือมีอาการแดง แสบ ระคายเคืองแบบในภาพโฆษณาบางเจ้าเลย เราขอแชร์มุมที่ควรรู้ก่อนตัดสินใจใช้ค่ะ สิ่งที่แผ่นแปะมักทำคือ “ดึง/ลอกผิวชั้นบน” ออกไป ทำให้ดูเหมือนรอยจางลงชั่วคราว แต่ฝ้าไม่ได้อยู่แค่ชั้นบนอย่างเดียว บางคนมีเม็ดสีลึกถึงชั้นหนังแท้ พอลอกผิวชั้นบนออก เม็ดสีก็ยังอยู่ และที่น่ากังวลคือผิวที่ถูกลอกจะอ่อนแอมากขึ้น ประเด็นที่ทำให้เข้มกว่าเดิมบ่อยๆ คือการระคายเคืองหรืออักเสบ (ผิวแดง แสบ คัน ลอกเป็นขุย) แล้วตามด้วย “ภาวะรอยดำหลังการอักเสบ” หรือ PIH ซึ่งเกิดได้ง่ายในผิวคนเอเชีย ยิ่งถ้าแผ่นแปะมีสารผลัดเซลล์ที่แรง หรือแปะนานเกิน/ถี่เกิน โอกาส PIH จะยิ่งสูง และถ้าช่วงนั้นโดนแดดหรือความร้อนเพิ่ม รอยก็ยิ่งเข้มค่ะ ถ้าใครเผลอใช้ไปแล้วและเริ่มแดง/แสบ แนะนำแนวทางดูแลแบบปลอดภัยที่ทำได้เองก่อน: 1) หยุดใช้ทันที อย่าลอกซ้ำ/สครับเพิ่ม 2) โฟกัส “ซ่อมเกราะผิว” เลือกมอยส์เจอร์ไรเซอร์อ่อนโยน ลดการใช้กรด/เรตินอล/สครับชั่วคราว 3) ทากันแดดสม่ำเสมอทุกวัน (สำคัญมาก) และเลี่ยงแดดจัด ความร้อน ซาวน่า 4) ถ้าบริเวณที่แปะเริ่มเป็นรอยคล้ำ ให้ค่อยๆ กลับมาใช้กลุ่มลดเม็ดสีที่อ่อนโยนเมื่อผิวหายระคายเคืองแล้ว เช่น niacinamide, azelaic acid (เลือกความเข้มข้นที่เหมาะกับผิว) สัญญาณที่ควรพบแพทย์: แดงมาก แสบเหมือนโดนไหม้ มีตุ่มน้ำ ผิวลอกหนัก หรือรอยดำเข้มขึ้นต่อเนื่องหลายสัปดาห์ เพราะฝ้า/กระต้องใช้การรักษาหลายวิธีร่วมกัน และบางรายต้องใช้ยาทาหรือหัตถการที่เหมาะกับชนิดฝ้าค่ะ สรุปคือ แผ่นแปะฝ้ากระอาจให้ผล “ดูดีชั่วคราว” จากการลอกผิว แต่ความเสี่ยงผิวบาง ระคายเคือง และ PIH ที่ทำให้ดำกว่าเดิมมีจริง ถ้าอยากรักษาฝ้าแบบยั่งยืน ให้เริ่มจากกันแดด + เลือกสกินแคร์ลดเม็ดสีที่เหมาะกับผิว และปรึกษาแพทย์จะปลอดภัยที่สุดค่ะ
