I felt softer.
My energy was off.
Mentally, I had to slow down more than I wanted to.
But instead of spiraling or trying to be perfect…
I focused on the basics:
• Showed up anyway
• Kept my workouts simple
• Ate high protein, no overthinking
• Took care of my mind, not just my body
And honestly… that’s what matters most.
Because real progress isn’t about having perfect weeks.
It’s about not quitting when things feel off.
I’m learning to trust the process—even on the weeks I don’t feel my best ✨
