「深爪矯正 100均」とか「丸爪 整え方」で調べてた頃の私がいちばん知りたかったのが、“結局なにから始めればいいの？”ってことでした。高い道具を買うより、100均で手に入るものを「毎日ちゃんと使う」方が体感早かったです。 まず、丸い爪を縦長っぽく見せたいなら“切り方・削り方”がかなり大事。私は前まで、白い部分が気になってバチンと短く切ってたんですが、これをやめました。おすすめは、爪切りで形を作り込まないこと。長さだけ軽く整えて、形は爪やすりで少しずつ作る方が失敗しにくいです。 削り方のコツは「サイドを削りすぎない」「先端だけ丸くしすぎない」。丸爪が強い人ほど、先端をどんどん丸くすると余計に“ちび爪”感が出やすかったです。私は、正面から見たときに先端がゆるいカーブになるくらいで止めて、サイドは“まっすぐ気味”を意識しました（削りすぎると痛いし、折れやすくなるので少しずつ）。 次に、深爪っぽさの原因になりやすいのが「爪裏を掃除しすぎる」こと。私も気になってつい触りがちだったんですが、ハイポニキウム付近は無理に押したりほじったりしない方が整いやすい印象でした。どうしても汚れが気になる日は、入浴後のふやけたタイミングに、やさしく洗うだけにしています。 そして一番効いたのは保湿。100均のネイルオイル（キューティクルオイルペンでもOK）を、爪表面というより「爪の根元・サイド・指先」に置く感じで使って、その上からハンドクリームを重ねました。夜はさらに、可能ならコットン手袋をつけると朝の指先が全然違います。 「爪丸い ネイル」で検索してジェルで隠したくなる日もあるけど、私は自爪の土台が整うとネイルしなくても手元がきれいに見える日が増えました。深爪矯正って即効性より積み重ねなので、1日1分の“保湿＋触らない”をまず2週間続けるのがおすすめです。
