Since the guide and the hotel can make a house call, I called a doctor and got a prescription for cough and effective medicine.

It was a trip where gratitude sprouted for various things that the air was beautiful and how happy it was.
「インド 旅行 注意点」で一番気になっていたのが、屋台の衛生とお腹問題でした。私は結果的に“屋台は見て楽しむ”派にして正解だったと思っています。街歩き中、香りは最高でつい食べたくなるんですが、旅程がタイトだと一度体調を崩した時のリカバリーが大変。特に初インドなら、まずはホテル朝食や衛生管理が比較的整ったレストラン中心にして、慣れてきたら少しずつ挑戦するのが安心です。 屋台の衛生で私がチェックしていたポイントは3つ。①回転が早い店（作り置きが少なく、熱い状態で提供される）②その場で加熱している（揚げ物・焼き物・チャイなど）③食器や手指が清潔そうか。逆に避けたのは、生野菜が多いもの・水で薄める系の飲み物・氷入りドリンク。飲み物は基本ペットボトルを購入し、キャップのリングが未開封か必ず確認しました。 水対策は「飲む水」だけじゃなく「口に入る可能性のある水」まで意識すると安心です。私は歯みがき・うがいもペットボトルの水を使い、シャワー中も口を開けないようにしていました。外出時は、除菌ウエットシートとアルコール系の手指消毒を多めに持っていると、屋台や観光地で手を洗えない時に助かります。 トイレ事情は想像以上に差がありました。ホテル・デパート・大きめのレストラン以外は、トイレットペーパーがない前提で動くのがラクです。ポケットティッシュと流せるおしり拭きは“すぐ出せる場所”に入れておくのがコツ。観光地のトイレは混むので、行けるタイミングで早めに行くのも大事でした。 体調面では、食あたりよりも空気の影響で咳が出やすかったのが盲点でした。マスク、のど飴、そして自分に合う咳止めがあると安心です。万一つらくなった時は、無理せずガイドさんやホテルに相談すると意外と早く手配してくれます。海外旅行保険の連絡先・証券番号をスマホにメモしておくと、いざという時に慌てません。 最後に防犯。物売りがしつこい場所では、立ち止まらない・目を合わせすぎない・バッグを前に持つ、これだけでも安心感が変わりました。タージ・マハルやピンクシティ（ハワー・マハル）、アンベール城など見どころは本当に多いので、準備を整えて行けば「大変だったけど行ってよかった」旅になりやすいと思います。
