RIP Big Bella
My childhood dog of 12+ years passed 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t registered. I don’t know if I’ll ever have the emotional capacity for another dog. It’s like when they’re gone, it’s a piece that’ll never be filled. While you’re grieving, not everyone understands because it’s an animal but just think of 12+ years having someone there and now they’re not.
It’s even tougher because I’m pregnant now and she used to be so protective of me when I was pregnant. She’d always lay under me and follow me everywhere.
