AI Governance Begins With Accountability
I'm grateful to have my perspective on AI governance featured in the Fall 2026 issue of Board Recruitment by BoardProspects.
As organizations continue integrating AI into their operations, governance has to go beyond policies and oversight. It also comes down to whether people feel comfortable raising concerns, whether those concerns are taken seriously, and whether leadership is willing to pause when something doesn't look right.
Technology may change how we work, but accountability, trust, and human judgment still matter.
Thank you to BoardProspects for including my perspective alongside other voices contributing to this important conversation.
