Recently, I've been having a hard time sleeping,

妊娠36週を迎え、臨月に入ると赤ちゃんの成長とともにお母さんの身体も大きく変化してきます。推定体重2897gという数字は正常範囲の上限寄りで、元気に発育している証拠ですね。私も同じ時期、胎動が非常に激しくて夜眠れない日もありましたが、お腹の中の赤ちゃんが元気に動いているのだと思うと安心感がありました。 妊娠後期の体重管理も大事ですが、無理に減らそうとせず、むしろ体調を整えることを優先してください。浮腫みが気になる場合は、塩分を控えめにしたり、よく足を休めたりすることが効果的です。私自身もむくみ対策に軽いストレッチや足のマッサージを取り入れて乗り切りました。 また、臨月に近づくとお腹が張りやすくなったり、胎動が強く感じたりと体の不快感が増しますが、これも赤ちゃんが出産準備をしている証拠です。夜行性で起こされた時もありましたが、そのおかげで赤ちゃんとの絆をより感じられました。 体外受精での妊娠や初めての出産は不安も大きいと思いますが、産休に入りゆったり赤ちゃんとの時間を楽しむことが一番です。出産は確かに怖いと感じることもありますが、周囲の助けと気持ちの切り替えで乗り越えられます。私も「なんとかなる精神」で準備を進めています。 最後に、出産準備品を少しずつ揃えていく過程もワクワクしますし、赤ちゃんに会える日を心から楽しみにできる大切な時間です。皆さんも臨月の頑張りをねぎらいながら、素敵なマタニティライフをお過ごしください。
