Cowboy Butter Steakbites

Here’s my cowboy butter recipe, it’s becoming one of my new favorite steak sauces!
- 2 sticks (one cup) salted butter
- 1 whole lemon, juice and zest
- 5 cloves minced garlic
- 1 medium shallot, minced
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp minced parsley
- 1 tbsp minced thyme
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
Melt butter in saucepan on low, add everything and let it melt together!!
