What is a must for you on vacation?
When I prepare for a vacation, the key for me is to have a clear idea of what essentials create that perfect vacation vibe. For me, it starts before I even leave home—making sure I’m emotionally and mentally ready to leave daily reality behind and fully embrace the calm and chill atmosphere of my destination. One must-have that I never forget is a carefully curated packing list tailored to the type of vacation I’m taking. For a beach trip, it might be sunscreen, swimwear, and a good book. For a city break, comfortable shoes and a handy travel guide make all the difference. The goal is always to pack smart, so I can relax and enjoy without constantly worrying about what I might have forgotten. Another personal tip is setting aside a specific day before departure to organize everything—from boarding passes to accommodation details—so I can leave home feeling real peace of mind. Having everything ready avoids last-minute stress and puts me in the right mindset to enjoy the trip. I also appreciate bringing a small comfort item that reminds me of home, which helps me settle in quickly at the hotel or wherever I stay. Whether it’s a favorite snack, a cozy scarf, or a playlist, these little touches help create a welcoming vibe away from home. Vacation is about more than just the destination; it’s about setting the right tone for relaxation and discovery. My must-haves are all about fostering that vibe, so from the moment I board the plane to when I unwind at my hotel, I’m fully in vacation mode.

If there is something I want to do no matter whatever everyone else does — I will do it before I leave even if it’s alone or that doesn’t feel like a win for me
