19 years HIV+ undetectable strong God is good

Living with HIV for nearly two decades has taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and the power of maintaining an undetectable viral load. One important aspect often overlooked is that being undetectable means the virus cannot be transmitted to others, which is a fact I have embraced in my journey.
