Belated holiday greetings from this very tired indie fantasy author. We spent this past week in the midst of a craft fair and holiday prep also dealing with an badly timed cold going around the house.
Its been a challenging year but a lot of great things have happened as well.
Treachery of Ravens got released despite the delays and Lyme disease kicking my ass.
I wrote a short story for a charity anthology which has raised $4,800+ for Hurricane Helene relief. This is still available through February by the way!
Echoes of Bellek went out to many folks as a free ebook.
I got to attend my first in-person event thanks to the @bangorauthors and @bangorpubliclibrary which was amazing.
I took some chances and am trying out more local events and an online store on my website.
I've started dabbling in selling other things I make as well.
I've started making some great local connections and continue to find support in my online author/reader friends as well.
I'm very nervous for 2025, especially with the unfortunate questionable quality of many of the people being sworn into office this January, but I also have some big plans for 2025 that include more chaos and good trouble.
Thank you all for your support and this wonderful community!
