Can I help you get healthy?

It’s been an excellent week. Like literally, my ŌURA ring said this was my healthiest week ever (2022-2025) with my sleeping, heart rate, exercise, water in take, my body recovering and my stress levels. I have been working toward optimum health since June 2024. 9 months of hard work is finally paying off.

My face is thinner, my uniform is falling off my waist, my top is super loose and my PC doesn’t fit my head anymore 🤣 !

It’s time to buy two new uniforms! Ya girl is happy, elated, hopeful and determined to shed a little more weight so that I can gain the muscles of my dreams.

I started at 190 and I’m down to 182 but I feel like I’m 175. This program has helped me change every area of my life. The mental clarity I have is out of this world. And the way I get tasks done, no longer procrastinating, but effectiently accomplishing every task with ease. I’m amazed at myself and this NEW ME! 🙇🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️

Jesus is ALIVE! He overcame the grave. Death could not hold Him down. It is the single greatest event that changed the course of human history forever.

The resurrection reminds us that our God can do abundantly more than we can fathom, contemplate, hope for, or consider. And there is nothing He cannot do! 🔥🔥🔥
