Day 5: 169lbs
Chicago Quick Check-In: 28-Day Wall Pilates Challenge
Hey everyone! Just a quick update on my 28-day Wall Pilates challenge by Rachel Fit Pilates on YouTube (link in comments).
The workouts are getting tougher, focusing more on endurance and strength. I'm on day 5, aiming to lose weight. No miracles yet, but my core feels stronger, and my stomach looks flatter and less bloated.
Despite the increasing difficulty, these workouts are still more manageable than regular Pilates. I've even done a couple in bed! 🫣
Due to my poor sleep schedule, I'm adding some cardio to help me rest better. I'll check back in on day 10! See you then!

Wow, it's already Day 5 of my 28-Day Wall Pilates Challenge, and I can't believe the changes I'm starting to feel! When I first stumbled upon the '28 Day Wall Pilates YouTube Challenge', I was intrigued. I mean, who doesn't want a stronger core and a flatter stomach without needing a full gym setup? This specific challenge, especially the one I'm following by Rachel Fit Pilates, is fantastic because it's completely free and accessible right from your living room. For anyone curious about jumping in, a quick search on YouTube for 'Rachel Fit Pilates' and '28-Day Wall Pilates Challenge' will get you started instantly. Many of these challenges also offer a 'free PDF plan' or a 'wall pilates workout chart free' to help you track your progress and understand the exercises better, so definitely look out for those! It makes it so much easier to stay on track. I remember taking my first 'pilates mirror selfie' on 'Day 1' when I weighed '169lbs', feeling a mix of skepticism and determination. I wasn't expecting miracles overnight, but I wanted to commit. Now, just five days in, I'm genuinely surprised by the small but significant changes. My core feels noticeably stronger, and my stomach, which used to feel constantly bloated, looks much flatter. It’s not a dramatic 'before and after' transformation yet, but these early wins are incredibly motivating. The workouts are definitely getting tougher, which is a good sign – it means my body is adapting, and my endurance and strength are building. I've even seen some people track their progress with 'Day 6' selfies, which is a brilliant idea for visual motivation and seeing those subtle shifts over time. It really helps reinforce the effort you're putting in. One thing I've found incredibly helpful, especially as the workouts get more intense, is listening to my body. If a movement is too much, I modify it rather than pushing through and risking injury. There are plenty of modifications for 'wall pilates workouts' if you search online. It’s all about consistency, not perfection. And since I've been struggling a bit with my sleep schedule lately, I've decided to add some light cardio to my routine. Nothing too strenuous, just a brisk walk in the evening or some dancing to my favorite tunes. It helps me wind down, burn off some extra energy, and ultimately get better rest, which is crucial for recovery in any 'fitness journey'. This challenge has really highlighted the importance of a holistic approach to health. If you're looking for an effective and accessible 'wall pilates workout plan' that you can do at home, this 28-day challenge is absolutely worth trying. It's amazing how much you can achieve with just a wall and a commitment to consistency. Don't be afraid to search for 'wall pilates free' options online; there are tons of resources out there. The idea of a '28 day pilates challenge free' really appeals to me because it removes the barrier of expensive gym memberships or equipment. I'm really looking forward to my Day 10 check-in and seeing even more progress. I'll definitely be sharing more about my journey, perhaps even how to find those elusive 'free 28 day wall pilates challenge pdf' resources.
