I always miss when my local Dollar Trees restock. My soon to be sister-in-law's birthday was coming up and this was the perfect reason for me to high tail it to Dollar Tree!
Now I went in there on a mission to get HER things that I knew she'd use, luckily for me it was a restock day. They were ACTUALLY unboxed and on the shelves!! Which if your in the DFW area, it's almost like a game of cat and mice to find new items you see on social media that's not still in the boxes. (This is a personal experience)
You're probably wondering, "why'd you buy yourself some stuff if you went in for her?" 1. I completed my mission and got her gifts for her. 2. I'm the type I always put me second to last.
I stopped rationalizing why I shouldn't buy me things as well, and rationalized why I deserved them. These are all new products I haven't tried yet, and I will post how I like the products after I've used them for some time. I have experience with b•pure honestly I feel that one is a hit or miss.

From my experience, timing your visit on restock days is crucial because many items arrive unboxed and ready to be stocked, making it easier to spot the newest products that beauty influencers rave about. For those in the DFW area or similar markets, this can often feel like a game of cat and mouse, trying to beat other shoppers to popular items.
One of the standout finds in my recent haul was the Argan Oil Serum with Peptide Complex – a small yet potent bottle measuring about 1 fl. oz. This serum is packed with peptides and argan oil, ingredients known for their skin-nourishing and anti-aging properties. When looking for affordable skincare, such serums prove that you don’t have to break the bank to add valuable ingredients to your routine.
Another exciting product I discovered was the b•pure Tinted Lip Oil, infused with hyaluronic acid and jojoba oil. It offers hydration with a touch of color, making it perfect for those who want a lip product that moisturizes while adding a subtle sheen. However, based on my past experience, B•pure products can be hit or miss, so I plan to document my usage over time to share honest feedback.
Additionally, items like the Aloe After Sun Gel made with soothing aloe vera, alcohol- and dye-free formulas from Smart Care, are ideal for sensitive skin types or for soothing irritation after sun exposure. These Dollar Tree finds combine affordability and usefulness, which is why I encourage everyone to explore their local stores for similar gems.
When shopping at discount retailers like Dollar Tree, I also suggest prioritizing your own needs occasionally—something that I remind myself while picking up gifts for others. It’s easy to put yourself last, but treating yourself to affordable skincare goodies can brighten your routine and boost confidence without guilt.
