Ep 22: Kitchen Rescue - chix breast 😨
Today's meal was a bit of a kitchen rescue - chicken breast went Sahara-dry, so I shredded it and mixed in Greek yogurt + light mayo to save my dinner. Surprisingly decent. High protein, creamy, and way more edible.
Paired it with a bagel that was just... okay. Other flavours next time ~
Leg day was supposed to be a win, but I trained wrong and woke up with severe back pain
💡Lesson learned:
form > ego.
Taking it easy now and focusing on recovery.
Massage, Gentle stretches, and no training till I feel better.
