Delete Bankruptcy!!!!!!!
Here’s another one Bankruptcy that you probably didn’t know could be deleted. The credit bureaus do not have the court’s permission to report a bankruptcy on your credit report. You probably say “well they are reporting it”. However, by law and as your FCRA they are not suppose to report and public record to your credit report.
Removing a bankruptcy from your credit report is not a simple process but it can be removed. Anything I informed you guys about I have experience and have done gotten remove on my own. Now I have helped many people to get theirs remove. I will be adding my bankruptcy removal e book to my Stan store within the next 72 hours.

You have to continue to follow me and like and save my post to know when I post the letters. There are about 3 rounds of letters that will need to be done maybe 4 because they are using another company for the current bankruptcies.
Disputing process begins like:
-Challenging the third parties agencies such as:
LexisNexis
ARS
Pacer (New Company)
-Challenge the courthouse (Send courthouse letter because the credit bureaus will state they verified the account with them.)
- Dispute with the credit bureaus to see who they will say they verified the account with.
Now the last process with disputing with the credit bureaus may take up to 2-3 letters only because they will state they verified with each company above.
Once, you get all your letters from the consumer agencies and the courthouse it will help to get that BANKRUPTCY deleted.
Comment “DELETE BANKRUPTCY” and check out my next post for the consumer agencies letters…
Remember you have a LIFE AFTER BANKRUPTCY………
*****I DO NOT DO FTC REPORTS, FILE POLICE REPORTS OR IDENTITY THEFTS REPORTS******

Bankruptcy can have a significant impact on your credit score and financial future. If you're looking to remove a bankruptcy from your credit report, it's essential to understand the legal processes involved. Credit reporting agencies may not have the right to report bankruptcy without a court order. The first step in this journey is to compile a list of relevant agencies and companies, such as LexisNexis, ARS, and Pacer, which you may need to challenge. Directly challenge these third-party agencies and the courthouse to ensure that all information is accurate. This might involve sending letters to the courthouse that detail your dispute and demand verification of the bankruptcy claim. Throughout this process, you will likely need to send multiple letters. Collect all correspondence from consumer agencies and the courthouse to build your case. After gathering all supporting documents, submit disputes to the credit bureaus and await their response. If they verify the bankruptcy, you may need to challenge their findings again. Remember that this process requires persistence. Many creditors are unfamiliar with these rights, and as a result, they may report inaccuracies. The key to successfully removing bankruptcy is vigilance combined with an understanding of your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Each step you take can pave the way for a financial fresh start, emphasizing that you can have a life after bankruptcy.
