French Onion Chicken Instructions:

1. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken thoroughly with the listed seasonings.

2. Sear the Chicken: Heat a pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken on both sides until golden brown.

3. Add Herbs & Baste: Add butter to the pan along with fresh rosemary and thyme. Baste the chicken with the melted butter for extra flavor.

4. Remove Chicken: Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside.

5. Sauté Onions: In the same pan, add sliced onions and sauté until they are soft and caramelized.
