egg wash- 1 egg, heavy whipping g cream, seasonings coating- bisquick, seasoning * the seasonings i used were white pepper, garlic parmesan chicken seasoning, onion powder, fresh parsley* toss chicken in egg wash then coat in bisquick mixture, cook on medium heat about 5 mins each side
