Taco Tator Tot Casserole Recipe

Taco Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:

- 2 lbs lean ground beef

- 1 package taco seasoning

- 1 can corn (drained)

- 1 can of black beans (drained)

- 1 can Fiesta nacho cheese soup

- 1 package tater tots

- 1 package shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. **Cook the Ground Beef:**

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Once fully cooked, drain any excess grease.

2. **Season the Beef:**

Stir in the taco seasoning and water according to the seasoning package instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.

3. **Preheat the oven to 350°F:**

In a baking dish, combine the ground beef, corn, nacho cheese soup, and black beans. Mix well to combine. Spread the mixture evenly across the dish.

4. **Top with Tater Tots:**

Arrange the tater tots in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.

5. **Bake the Casserole:**

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.

6. **Add Cheese:**
