「ヘアショーのモデルって、未経験でも大丈夫？」とよく聞かれるので、私の担当ステージ（花〔華〕 ― 花は、咲く ―）に興味を持ってくれた方向けに、準備の目安をまとめます。結論から言うと、上手に歩けるかより“世界観に合うあなたらしさ”が一番大事でした。 まず当日を想像しやすいように流れ。会場は渋谷ヒカリエAホールで、ランウェイは照明と音で一気に雰囲気が作られます。私は「花」を象徴として持って歩いてもらい、最後に押し花アートを顔に施して仕上げます。ヘアショー/ランウェイ系の現場は“数分で印象が決まる”ので、衣装・髪・表情の統一感が効きます。 衣装は白・黒ベース＋ワンポイントカラーOK、モード寄り推奨。迷ったら「形がきれいな黒のセットアップ」「白シャツ×黒スラックス」「黒ワンピ＋アクセで花色を拾う」みたいに、シンプルに寄せると失敗しにくいです。花（造花/生花）を持つので、袖が引っかからないデザインや、歩いたときにラインが出る丈感も意識すると安心でした。 メイクは各自ですが、写真・照明だと普段メイクが薄く見えがち。ベースは崩れにくさ重視、眉とリップは少し強め、チークは血色が消えない程度に。押し花アートが映えるよう、目元を盛りすぎないほうが“花が主役”になってきれいです。 ウォーキングは細かい指導をしない分、最低限のコツだけ。姿勢は「頭のてっぺんを糸で引っ張られる」イメージ、歩幅は無理に大股にせず、視線は客席の少し上。花を持つ手は力みやすいので、肩を落として呼吸をゆっくりすると表情も柔らかくなります。 あと、検索で「佐久間むつみ 年齢」みたいな“人物情報”を探している方もいると思いますが、この募集は特定の個人情報ではなく、渋谷ヒカリエでのヘアショー/ファッションショー出演を検討している方向けの案内です。参加条件（年齢層・準備物・衣装・当日の演出）を重視して、気になることはインスタの案内で確認してみてください。 応募するか迷っているなら、「やってみたい理由」を1つだけでも言葉にしてみるのがおすすめです。ここは“上手く咲く場所”というより、「咲いていい」と自分に許可を出す場所。次の春のきっかけになったら嬉しいです。
