「身長158cm 女性」で検索している人って、だいたい“普通体型〜小柄寄りで、ちょっとしたバランスの差でスタイルが左右される”のが悩みだと思います。私も158cmでふくよか寄りなので、似合うはずの服が「なんか重い」「脚が短く見える」ってなる日が多かったです。そこで、今日の黒トップス×ダメージジーンズみたいな“大人モード”を成立させるために、私が意識してるコツを追記します。 まず一番効くのは「ウエスト位置を上げる」こと。トップスはジャスト丈〜やや短め、または前だけインでウエストを見せると、脚の始まりが上に見えて一気に脚長効果が出ます。オールブラックに寄せると縦のラインが強くなって、体の厚みも目立ちにくいです。 次に「デニムの形」。158cmだとワイドすぎると布に負けやすいので、私はストレート〜ややテーパードが安心。ダメージが入っている場合も、膝上〜太もも外側に大きく開いてると視線が散って“脚が短く見える”ことがあるので、穴の位置が低め・縦に落ちるタイプの方がすっきりしました。裾は床スレスレより、くるぶしが少し見える〜甲に軽く乗るくらいが抜け感も出ておすすめです。 靴は「つま先が細め」か「甲が見える」ものを選ぶと、脚が延長されて見えます。ヒールが苦手でも、黒のポインテッドや厚底のショートブーツは相性が良かったです。逆に足首で切れるストラップは、私の場合は分断されて見えやすいので要注意でした。 上半身は「首・手首・足首のどこかを見せる」と重さが抜けます。黒トップスでも、Vネックやボートネック、袖を少しまくるだけで“細見え感”が変わりました。アクセはシルバーでまとめるとモードに寄りやすく、縦長のピアスやネックレスは視線が上に上がってバランスが整います。 最後に、小柄でふくよかだと「頑張って隠すほど大きく見える」ことがあるので、全部ゆるくするより“どこかはすっきり”を作るのが近道でした。今日みたいに上をコンパクト、下をストレートで縦ライン、これだけでもかなり違います。158cmの人はぜひ、手持ちの黒トップスとデニムで一度このバランス試してみてください。
