But from my personal experience, embracing the message that our Heavenly Father knows what we need has been truly comforting. Jesus’ teaching reminds us that anxiety comes from trying to figure everything out on our own - stressing over "What will we eat?" or "How will we pay the bills?" only leads to overthinking and fear. What really helped me was shifting focus from these worries to seeking His kingdom and righteousness first. This means prioritizing spiritual growth, trusting God’s ways, and spending time in prayer and reflection. By making God’s kingdom the number one priority, I’ve noticed how the things I needed - not just physically but mentally and spiritually - got added into my life. It's like building a relationship with God first creates a foundation where worries lose their power. The peace that comes from knowing He is in control helps us face uncertainties without fear or stress. I’ve also found that community support, such as fellowship with others on similar faith journeys, reinforces this mindset, reminding me that we are not alone in our struggles. If you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, try to pause and listen to what Jesus said about not worrying. Seek first what’s on His heart - His kingdom and righteousness - and trust that everything else will follow. It’s not always easy, but with practice and faith, letting go of worry transforms your outlook and nurtures a deeper sense of encouragement and spiritual well-being.
