Okay, so you know how sometimes you just need to spill the tea while you're getting ready? That's exactly where I'm at right now. I'm sitting here, doing my makeup – you know, applying my @TOPICALS Like Butter Moisturizer, blending in my @Hourglass Cosmetics Ambient Soft Glow Foundation, and trying to look put-together, but my mind is just racing. This secret I've been keeping? It’s huge. It involves my best friend's grandfather, and honestly, it all started innocently enough. My best friend, Sarah, moved away and asked me to spend time with her grandpa so he wouldn't be lonely. Of course, I said yes; Sarah's like a sister to me. He recognized me from family events, so we already had a decent rapport. He’s in his 60s, and I’m in my late 20s, early 30s. We’d just hang out, watch sports – totally normal stuff you’d do with a grandfather. Nothing to see here, right? Then came the night he asked me to make him a drink. I brought it back, and he said he didn't like drinking alone. So, I took the hint and made myself one. Fast forward a couple of hours, and between the two of us, we’d probably polished off two double scotches each. I was definitely tipsy, and the conversation just… went there. He started talking about my dating life, saying I needed to find a man before I ended up old and alone, just like him. I tried to reassure him, telling him he was handsome and didn’t look a day over 40. That's when he confessed he hadn't been intimate with anyone since his late wife passed, and he asked if I could help him out. I won't lie, he’s a fine man, and with the booze breaking down my inhibitions, I just said screw it and said yes. And ever since then, we’ve been hooking up semi-regularly. I’m telling you, the guilt is crushing me. He's my best friend's grandfather! But then, on the other hand, we're both single adults, and there's a connection. It’s a mess of emotions, and applying this @Kosas Blush suddenly feels so ironic. I just needed to get this off my chest because it's been eating me alive. What do you guys think? Has anyone else been in a situation this complicated? How do you deal with the guilt when you know you're not doing anything technically 'wrong,' but it feels so wrong?
