Summer Essentials
When I tell you it is SO hot outside, it’s almost unbearable. 😭 This summer is definitely about to be one for the books, so please make sure you’re staying hydrated. Your body, skin, energy levels, and workouts all depend on it.
Personally, I already drink a lot of water throughout the day, but when I feel like my body needs extra hydration, I’ll either grab some coconut water or I’ll take a bottle of water, I particularly love Evian and add a Liquid I.V. packet. They have so many flavors to try, and it helps me feel hydrated fast, especially in this heat.
Don’t wait until you’re exhausted, dizzy, dehydrated, or trying to play catch up. Hydration is one of those things you want to stay ahead of, not recover from.
