Red White & Green

Tonight’s dinner was a red, white, and green pizza from a local pizzeria that’s been getting so much hype, and now I completely understand why. This was my first time trying it, and I went with a white sauce pizza topped with ricotta, tomato, and fresh basil.

The moment I got in the car with it, the smell alone was absolutely divine. Like the kind of smell that makes you rush home because you already know the first bite is about to change your night. 😭🍕

They also gave me extra fresh Parmesan, and red pepper packets on the side, which made it even better. The pizza itself was insanely good. My only tiny critique is that it needed just a little more salt but that was an easy fix at home. Once I added that? Perfect.

So if you ever get the chance to try a red, white, and green pizza do it. Especially if you love fresh, simple flavors that still feel rich and comforting. 🍅🌿🧀
