Protein cinnamon crumble Bagels!!

So I was messing around with the protein bagel recipe and I came a crossed the ā€œcinnamon sugar cream cheese then air fry it bagel trend.ā€ And I wanted to make something similar. They taste like a bagel and a cinnamon roll had a wonderful baby.

Recipe:

1 cup flour

1tsp Baking powder

Pinch of salt

3tbs Cinnamon (trust me)

3/4 cup greek yogurt (it gives the bagel a cream cheese taste!!)

1 egg (egg wash)

Crumble:

2 1/2 Tbs Room Temp Butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

3 tsp cinnamon (you can adjust this to your liking)

Preheat oven to 350; line pan with parchment paper. (Don’t skip this the crumble can go rogue) Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and greek yogurt together till a crumbly dough forms. Pour out onto counter top and knead till smooth. Make 2 bagels with or without holes, add egg wash. Combine Butter, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl till a pasty crumble has come together. Spread on top of your bagels. Tip: if you do bagels with holes, cover the hole with the crumble. When it bakes it seeps down through the hole so you have a cinnamon crumble goodness like the middle of a cinnamon roll.
