Does anyone know whats wrong with my ear??? Help😭

I have 2 new lobe piercings (one in each ear) then 1 conch. My conch has been a rouuughhhhh road and bleeds alot. My lobe piercings randomly got like infected and swollen so i took the piercings out and then a crust started forming and now they ooze and are crusty and itchy and kinda hurt and like the more it oozes and like worse it gets so my other ear that i didn’t pick at it alot better but still crusty and itchy what did i do wrong this has never happened before!!!! Sounds like you’re either allergic to the material that you have in your ear and/or it’s infected. I’d make sure you have a good quality metal in and then just apply neosporin after cleaning the site twice daily for at least a week
