Solving the PROBLEM, not just the DRYWALL!

Always find the root problem - don’t just fix the symptoms!

This shower wall needed a little bit of TLC - Tender Loving Care! Our professional handyman, Brian and AJ, were able to take care of the drywall work and painting needed to make the walls look fresh again. But, the issues in the drywall were just the symptom, and would’ve happened again if the root problem wasn’t solved – the bath fan!

This fan was on its last leg, and had been struggling to keep up with the moisture from the shower. This caused all of the drywall problems. So, Brian popped up into the attic to replace the exhaust fan, and now the bathroom is set up to last for years to come!
