upcycled crystal earrings <3
I found these beautiful clear quartz and sterling silver pendants at the flea market, and turned them into a pair of earrings!
The crystals came with stamped 925 loops attached that I was able to easily slide onto the clickers I usually wear in my first lobe piercings. I’ve stretched my lobes to 10g and 8g, so they’re sturdy enough now that’s is comfortable to wear big heavy charms like these :)
I love them so much!
Upcycled jewelry is not only a trendy way to express your personal style, but it also promotes sustainability by reusing materials that would otherwise be discarded. Clear quartz and sterling silver are perfect choices for creating eye-catching accessories. The properties of clear quartz, often referred to as the 'master healer', enhance creativity and amplify energy. To create your own pair of upcycled earrings, find pendants at flea markets or vintage shops, like the stunning clear quartz ones I discovered. Look for pieces with a quality stamp, such as '925', indicating sterling silver, which ensures durability and brilliance. When designing your earrings, consider how they’ll be worn. If you have stretched lobes, using sturdy clicker hoops allows for comfortable wear of larger charms. Incorporating unique elements will not only add charm but also invoke your personal style. Finally, showcase your DIY creations on social media — use hashtags like #upcycle and #earrings to connect with other enthusiasts and inspire others to try their hand at crafting beautiful jewelry!

So awesome! Love this 🔥
