💸 Signal 1: "Money" is getting in trouble.
Deferred payroll: Exactly what it used to be, start making excuses, pay slowly, or ask for a pay breakdown in installments (this one is the largest red flack!)
Fleeting welfare: OT gets cut, department budget is abstained, bonus not to mention
Unusually Difficult Disbursements: A petty cash that used to be easy to disburse, it went through so many levels of approval that it was discouraged.
