Remember my cheese tour to Spain, which I was promoting a few months ago? Well, it is finally happening! An intimate group of my followers and I, plus my mom, will be in the Basque region of Spain on Friday, seeing how some of the region's most iconic cheeses, wines, cider, and anchovies are made.

These are some of the things I am packing to help me during my cheese tour.

If you couldn't make it on this trip, we are going on a cheese tour to Ireland next!

For the full itinerary and to reserve your spot, visit the link on my linktree before August 25th. Book before June 1st to get $200 off your ticket!

... Read moreOkay, if you couldn't join us for the incredible Spain adventure, don't fret! I'm already buzzing with excitement for our next big journey: The Cheeses of Ireland Tour, April 14-18, 2027! This isn't just any trip; it's a deep dive into Ireland's rich dairy traditions, guided by yours truly. I've put together an itinerary that I know will be absolutely unforgettable, blending gourmet experiences with iconic Irish charm. Imagine arriving in beautiful Dublin and checking into the elegant The Grafton Hotel. We'll kick things off by meeting our expert cheese guide – that's me! – for the week, followed by a fantastic walking food tour. We'll taste local delights and, of course, enjoy a hearty cheese board to set the tone for the week. There’s even an optional tour of the famous Guinness Storehouse for those who want to sip on some stout history! Day two takes us to the heart of Ireland's cheesemaking country in County Meath. We'll visit and taste at Sheridans Cheesemongers, a true gem, and even try our hand at traditional brown bread making, followed by a delicious farm-to-table lunch. Later, we'll explore Boyne Valley Farmhouse Cheese, meeting the makers and understanding their craft. An optional Irish dinner with music and dance will round off a perfect day. Next, we journey to County Tipperary, home to more incredible artisan producers. We’re set for a visit and tasting at both Cooleney Farm and Cashel Farmhouse Cheese, two names synonymous with exceptional Irish cheese. Lunch will be a cozy Irish pub experience, soaking in the local atmosphere. Afterward, we'll shift gears slightly with a tour and tasting at the Midleton Whiskey Distillery – because what pairs better with cheese than a good whiskey? We then check into our hotel in Cork, with free time to explore this vibrant city. Our fourth day is all about the culinary highlights of County Cork. We'll tour the historical English Market, a foodie paradise, and visit Hegarty's Farm for another authentic cheese experience. In the afternoon, we'll hit some iconic landmarks: Blarney Castle (maybe I'll even kiss the stone!), the Woolen Mills, and the Butter Museum. We'll then explore charming Kinsale before a memorable farewell dinner. Finally, departure day brings a farewell breakfast, or for those who can't get enough of Ireland, there’s an option to extend your stay with a custom itinerary! From experiencing the vibrant food scenes of Dublin and Cork to meeting the dedicated cheesemakers of Counties Meath and Tipperary, this tour is designed for true cheese lovers. You'll learn, taste, and create memories that will last a lifetime. And yes, just like my Spain trip, I'll be sharing all my tips, from finding the best local shops to what to pack to keep your cheese finds fresh! Spots are filling up, and you have until August 25th to reserve yours. But here's a pro-tip: If you book before June 1st, you get a fantastic $200 off your ticket! Don't miss this chance to immerse yourself in the world of Irish cheese with me. Can't wait to see you there!
