This is not your typical Ireland vacation!

My Ireland cheese tour is not one of those Ireland trips where you’re stuck on a bus all day stopping at tourist spots for 20 minutes at a time.

We’re meeting cheesemakers on their farms, tasting cheeses you can’t really get in the U.S., exploring markets, eating really good food, drinking wine and beer, and seeing parts of Ireland most people completely miss.

I designed this trip for people who genuinely love food and want to experience a place through what they eat.

Also for people who get a little too excited about cheese boards and good butter. Which I assume is most of you at this point
