DRINK MORE PLANTS

2025/12/3 Edited to

... Read moreHey everyone! I wanted to share a little secret that has truly transformed my daily energy and overall well-being. It all started with a simple idea: how can I actually eat more plants without feeling overwhelmed? For me, the answer became clear: juicing! It’s such an incredible way to pack a ton of nutrients into one delicious glass, making it super easy to consume more of those vital greens and veggies every single day. You know how often we hear about the benefits of a plant-rich diet? Well, I found that just trying to add more salads or steamed veggies wasn't always cutting it for me. That's where juicing came in. It's not just about 'drinking more plants,' it's about a highly efficient method of eating them – getting all those vitamins and minerals quickly absorbed. I've noticed a significant boost in my energy levels, my skin feels clearer, and honestly, I just generally feel lighter and brighter. It truly helps me have a wonderful day, every day! If you're wondering how to start incorporating more plants into your diet, especially if you're not a huge salad fan, give juicing a try. You don't need a super fancy juicer to begin; even a basic one can get you started. My top tip for beginners is to start with a mix of fruits and vegetables to ease into the taste. Think apples, carrots, and a small piece of ginger to make it palatable. As you get used to it, you can gradually increase the proportion of greens like spinach or kale. These greens are powerhouse ingredients for really eating more plants efficiently. One of my go-to recipes for a vibrant, energy-boosting juice is simple: a handful of spinach, half an apple, a small cucumber, a celery stalk, and a squeeze of lemon. It’s refreshing, packed with goodness, and helps me kickstart my system. Another favorite? Carrot, orange, and a tiny bit of turmeric for an immune-boosting, sweet treat. Experimenting is key! Don't be afraid to mix and match. Making juicing a habit doesn't have to be complicated. I usually prepare my ingredients the night before or first thing in the morning. It takes just a few minutes to juice, and then I'm set for the day. It’s become such a crucial part of my #eatclean routine and truly embodies the spirit of #juicingforhealth. Of course, juicing is just one fantastic way to *eat more plants*. Don't forget about other delicious methods too! Smoothies, which retain the fiber, are also excellent. Loading up your plates with colourful roasted vegetables, adding legumes to soups and stews, or even swapping out meat for plant-based alternatives a few times a week are all great steps. The main goal is to increase your overall plant intake for radiant health. So, if you’re looking for a simple yet impactful change, consider making 'Drink More Plants' your new mantra. It's made a world of difference for me, and I believe it can for you too. Here's to a healthier, happier you!
