Smoked Double Glazed Maple Bourbon Habanero Ham!!!
Seasoned with @@spiceology Smokey Honey Habanero Rub
Smoked at 250⁰ on the @webergrills Kamado fueled by @jealousdevilcharcoal Max & Cherry Wood Blox
Smoked for about 2.5hours until I reached an IT of 125⁰ then glazed with a Maple Bourbon Habanero Sauce. Smoked for 1 hour until the sauce set and formed an incredible Glaze.
Removed from the smoker and glazed a 2nd time, tented and let rest for 30 minutes!
Maple Bourbon Habanero Sauce:
Unsalted Butter
@crownmaple Maple Bourbon Syrup
Smokey Honey Habanero Rub
Brown Sugar
Heat on stove; reduce until thickened and all ingredients are dissolved & well incorporated!
