Here’s the scoop 👇🏻
I followed WW from early 2019 to summer 2020, lost 100 pounds in a little over a year, and have been maintaining ever since! 🎉
A little over 2 years ago, I transitioned from WW to calorie counting/macros for more flexibility, and over a year ago, I launched my app Chef Allie+, which I’ve been following since! 💻
Lately, I’ve been on an animal-based whole food journey after doing research to help manage my autoimmune disease. 🙌🏻 Since starting this plan over a month ago:
✨ Inflammation = almost nonexistent
✨ Skin = glowing
✨ Energy = sky-high
✨ Cravings = gone
✨ Overall = feeling fantastic
My flexible animal-based whole food eating focuses on nutrient-dense, simple ingredients like:

The animal-based whole food diet focuses on nutrient-dense, whole ingredients that can significantly improve overall health. Many people have reported benefits such as reduced inflammation, better skin health, and increased energy levels. This approach usually includes a range of foods, from quality meats like beef, chicken, and fish to nutrient-rich eggs and dairy products. Fruits such as berries and avocados are often included, along with healthy fats from animal sources and natural sweeteners. This dietary shift may help in managing autoimmune conditions by providing essential nutrients that support the immune system. If you're considering such a lifestyle change, it's advisable to consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have underlying health concerns. Remember, everyone's journey is unique, and while this approach benefited me, individual results may vary.
