Energy through the roof, no brain fog, less inflammation, better gut health, amazing workouts, and my skin is glowing! 💪🏻✨

Here’s what a typical day looks like:

☕️ Coffee sweetened only with @costco 100% pure organic maple syrup 🍁 and organic half & half (no additives) from @aldiusa

🍳 Breakfast: @samsclub Pasture-raised eggs, @aldiusa no-sugar bacon, fresh fruit, cooked in grass-fed Irish butter from @costco with flaky sea salt and pepper.

🥑 Lunch: @wildplanetfoods tuna mixed with fresh avocado, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried oregano.

🥓 Snacks: On-the-go with @chomps

🍯 Dessert: Whole milk plain yogurt, fresh fruit, and raw honey.
