Quesadillas de barbacoa casera 🌮🧀 @fennerfoods

Estás quesadillas son deliciosas!!!

Aquí les dejo cómo hacer esta barbacoa casera y una salsa de serrano y jalapeño deli!

Tortillas de maíz o de harina

Queso Monterrey Jack Reale de @fennerfoods

3 kilos chuck roast/diezmillo en trozos - queremos que la carne tenga un poco de grasa

1/2 cebolla

1 cabeza de ajo

1 puño cilantro

1/4 cucharadita Clavo entero

6 hojas Laurel

1 cucharada Orégano seco

1/2 cucharadita Pimienta gorda

1/2 cucharadita Semilla de cilantro

2 cucharadas sal de mar

2 tazas agua

5 dientes de ajo

4 chiles serrano

2 chiles jalapeño

1/4 pieza cebolla blanca

1 taza aceite de oliva

2 limones verdes grandes, jugo

Sal al gusto

Van a poner todos los ingredientes de la barbacoa en una olla de cocción lenta y lo van a cocinar 20 horas en modo medio o hasta que la carne esté muy muy suave. También pueden hacer esto en una olla express o en la estufa cociéndola a fuego muy bajo. La meta es que la carne quede muy suave.

Para la salsa, van a freír todos los ingredientes menos la sal y el limón hasta que todo esté muy suave. Licúan con la sal y el limón y listo. Queda wow!!

Las quesadillas pueden ser de maíz o de harina. Calientan la tortilla y ponen mucho queso Monterrey @fennerfoods en el centro. Queremos que se derrita y se haga un poquito de costra. Rellenan con la carne picada y terminan con la salsa 💥 les van a encantar!!!
