Una guarnicion deliciosaaa. Arroz cremosito con un toque picante que les va a encantar.

1.5 tazas arroz blanco

3 tazas agua

450 grs crema La Suiza @leche.jersey

1 taza leche @leche.jersey

4 chiles poblanos tatemados y en rajas

2 tazas granos de elote

2 tazas queso mozzarella rallado

1 cucharadita ajo en polvo

C.S sal y pimienta

•Cocer arroz blanco en 3 tazas de agua con una pizca de sal por 15 minutos. Apagar fuego y dejar reposar 15 minutos.

Esponjar con un tenedor.

•Mezclar la crema, leche, sal, pimienta y ajo en polvo. Agregar una capa de esta mezcla a un refractario para horno.

•Agregar la mitad del arroz por encima. Seguido de la mitad de la crema, rajas, elote y queso. Repetir los pasos para hacer dos capas.

• Llevar al horno a 350*F hasta que todo esté caliente y el queso tenga coloración.
